Job purpose is selling products and service solutions to semiconductor corporations within North America. Key Accountabilities Identify, prospect, qualify and close new opportunities. Work with management, services, and other internal resources to present/deliver value-added solutions and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Selling new products/services and gaining market share. Examine Market and identify new opportunities.

Behavioral competencies: Customer focus Accountability, Communication, Leadership.

Essential Qualifications: Graduate, Calibre, Hercules, Assura Desirable

Qualifications: BSC, MSC in Electronic/Electrical Engineering and/or business qualification Essential.

Experience: 5 years minimum direct sales experience of which 4+ years would be complex, multi-level, solution-based sales. Record of over-achievement Combination of demand creation and commercial structuring.

Desirable Experience: Exposure to EDA or software & services. Selling additional training would be useful. Ability to coach junior members of staff. Established network of contacts within semiconductor marketplace.

Other: Good presence, Credible, Self-motivated, Politically astute, Willing & able to travel.

Job Description





 

This experienced, versatile Field Application Engineer with a wide span of skills is to illustrate the value Micrologic brings to both designers and manufacturers and to drive adoption of Micrologic products by:

  • Assisting customers in their evaluations and deployment of Micrologic products
  • Developing and delivering software demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Providing expertise, technical support for applications spanning across layout design phase, verification and tape out.
  • Working directly with customers to provide solutions and develop customized production-worthy flows to enhance their physical design productivity and shorten verification time.
  • Communicates customer and market needs to R&D, to drive, specify and prioritize new feature specifications.

Requirements:

  • BSc (EE/CS) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or MSc with 3+ years of experience.
  • Strong Experience with IC physical design, use of industry's standard verification tools like Calibre, Hercules, Assura/DIVA (LVS, DRC), timing verification or extraction tool.
  • Knowledge of programming or scripting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
