Job purpose is selling products and
service solutions to semiconductor corporations within
North America. Key Accountabilities Identify, prospect,
qualify and close new opportunities. Work with management,
services, and other internal resources to present/deliver
value-added solutions and ensure high level of customer
satisfaction.
Selling new products/services and gaining market share.
Examine Market and identify new opportunities.
Behavioral competencies: Customer focus Accountability,
Communication, Leadership.
Essential Qualifications: Graduate, Calibre, Hercules,
Assura Desirable
Qualifications: BSC, MSC in Electronic/Electrical
Engineering and/or business qualification Essential.
Experience: 5 years minimum direct sales experience of which
4+ years would be complex, multi-level, solution-based
sales. Record of over-achievement Combination of demand
creation and commercial structuring.
Desirable Experience: Exposure to EDA or software &
services. Selling additional training would be useful.
Ability to coach junior members of staff. Established
network of contacts within semiconductor marketplace.
Other: Good presence, Credible, Self-motivated, Politically
astute, Willing & able to travel. |
